When we had our 24 hour trip to Paris I knew I wanted to coordinate a photoshoot for Matt & I. I mean how many times do you get the chance to be in front of the Eiffel Tower?!
Matt and I woke up WAY early on Wednesday to meet up with Arizona-based photographer Lunabear Studios I found via photography networking. Our trips to Paris just so happen to overlap so we decided to meet up and swap sessions. We chose the location of the Trocadéro with it’s classic Eiffel Tower views, and we planned to shoot just after sunrise in an effort to beat the crowds. It was super fun to meet another photographer and swap pics! Sometimes on vacation it’s easy to come back with few photos of yourself.
After our session, Matt and I had breakfast at a nearby restaurant, then took an uber back to the hotel and caught a few more hours of sleep. The rest of the morning/early afternoon we spent popping in and out of shops in the St. Germain neighborhood and slowing down a bit to catch our breath from such a strenuous schedule. We also ate some amazing gelato at the Il Gelato del Marcheese (CUTEST shop ever too, by the way). We left Paris on the Eurostar train back to London around 4:15pm. When we got back to London we went to Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese, which is a really cool pub with lots of cave-like levels and a super historic feel. We had drinks and dinner here and caught up with the big group after our little Paris excursion.
